Army Rec Site is located on the south end of the Toledo Bend Lake, and is available only to active and retired Military personnel and government employees.
The park offers a nice convenience store with well-maintained fleet of pontoon boats, bay boats, bass boats, kayaks, and canoes for rent. A nicely developed beach area with a new bath house adds to the enjoyment of its guests.
Toledo Bend has cabins and yurts available for rent. Our cozy cabins sleep up to 5 people and have central air, ceiling fans, full baths and fully-equipped kitchens. All you have to bring are towels and bedding.
Yurts are tucked into a quiet forest setting.
Each cabin has its own grill and fire pit. The yurts have a small grill that can be placed on top of the fire pit.
Recreational vehicles and camping spots are available too.

The Old RV Park provides water, electricity and a dump station. The park has laundry and showers available. Each lot has its own grill.
The New RV Park provides water, sewage, electricity, laundry and, showers. Each lot has its own grill.
There's a beach for swimming, plus restrooms and showers for your convenience.
Our fishing dock and cleaning station with electricity offers convenience for fishermen.
There are no lifeguards on duty at the beach. Swim at your own risk.
Active Duty Military are given priority the first 8 days of each month for reservations
Lodging details: 15 Cabins Refrigerator/microwave available. Also, on site are 5 permanent, one room, heated and cooled yurts (yurts are a tent like dwelling consisting of a cylindrical wall of poles in lattice arrangement with a conical roof of poles, both covered). Half the park has cable or satellite TV, and there is a pay phone on site. 15 full service new RV pads, 13 older water/electricity only.
Meeting facilities: Outdoor pavilion (accommodates 200 people), meeting room (up to 100 people).
Food & Refreshments: Our store, located in the office, sells fishing supplies, ice, beer, snacks, charcoal, paper plates, plastic utensils, paper towels and a small supply of swimming attire and towels.
Fishing & Boating amenities: Bait and tackle, live bait (cold worms), fishing pier, fishing cleaning area, boat ramp, kayak, canoe, pontoon boat and fishing boat rental, paddle boat on site, landing facilities.
Fuel amenities: Marine fuel.
Recreational-related amenities: Designated swimming area, beach, water park.
