Walk Around
Discover serenity at North Toledo Bend State Park, where rolling uplands, interconnected ravines, and valleys create one of the most beautifully designed state parks in the system. Take a stroll along the nature trails, Dogwood Loop and Magnolia Loop, which wind through the park's picturesque topography. The park offers numerous overlooks, observation decks, and piers, providing excellent opportunities to spot waterfowl such as Canada Geese, Wood Ducks, and Blue-winged Teals, as well as various raptors including the Osprey and Bald Eagle. Don't forget to explore the nearby parks - Pleasure Park, in particular, is hailed as the area's best-kept secret, offering a surprising oasis with its sandy beaches and stunning landscape.
