This newly renovated home with a wraparound porch and covered patio is located in a quiet cove, with protected area to park your boat and 350 feet of lakefront with great views. The gently sloping property is unusual here, making your stay for young and old alike safe and enjoyable.
The main house sleeps 7 people, including 2 bedrooms, along with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a queen bed and recently painted, en-suite bathroom with large closet and a porch access with table and chairs for 2 - perfect for coffee in the morning!
The second bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed and a closet. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, off from the bedrooms. Both bathrooms include plush white hotel towels and linens. There are two spacious living areas in the main house, one of which features a deluxe queen Murphy bed. A privacy curtain can create a 3rd bedroom in this living area. There is a smart TV, with DirectTV access, as well as WIFI access.
The kitchen is perfectly positioned between both living areas and features ALL the amenities including, refrigerator, blender, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave, and range with oven and stove. There is an island that seats 4 and a dining table which seats 6. The main house includes an energy-efficient washer and dryer, located in a separate laundry room.
Take the pathway, on the side of the main home, which leads to the bunkhouse…. The bunkhouse studio sleeps up to 9 people and includes a full bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are 3 twin over full bunk beds. The bunkhouse also has a kitchen, with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a dining room for 6 and a spacious living area to accommodate all in the bunkhouse. The living area TV with DirecTV, WiFi access. This space is perfect for all the kids or the whole crew. Just take the pathway to get back to the main house!
The covered outdoor patio can accommodate seating for 12+. It includes a gas propane grill for lunch or dinner cooking, a hammock for relaxing, and…. Read a book and enjoy the views of Toledo Bend on the outdoor patio or at the beach area.
There is a beach area with fold out chairs and beach towels along with four kayaks (paddles/oars), life jackets and a paddle boat for guests to use.
